Unemployment in Decin region and social security benefits

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nezaměstnanost na Děčínsku, Okres Děčín patří trvale mezi části České republiky, kde je v porovnání s ostatními okresy vyšší nezaměstnanost. Hlavní důraz je kladen na postavení osob do třiceti let na trhu práce. Tato cílová skupina je považována za jednu z nejohroženějších skupin objevujících se na trhu práce, bakalářská práce se proto dále zaměřuje na dopady a důsledky nezaměstnanosti na život jedince a jeho rodiny. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, kdy v první části charakterizuje Děčínsko a nezaměstnanost v okrese Děčín, druhá část pak hodnotí sociální a psychologické dopady a důsledky nezaměstnanosti na jedince a jeho okolí, porovnává výsledky šetření s teoretickými poznatky, třetí část popisuje nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a blíže seznamuje se stavem některých těchto nástrojů na Děčínsku. Cílem práce je zhodnocení nezaměstnanosti v uvedené lokalitě, analýza dopadů nezaměstnanosti a návrhy opatření, jak zlepšit postavení této cílové skupiny na trhu práce.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on unempolyment in Decin region. Decin district is permanently part of the Czech Republic, where unemployment is higher than in other districts. The main emphasis is placed on the position of person under age of thirty in the labor market. This target group is considered to be one of the most endangered groups in the labor market, therefore the bachelor´s thesis focuses further on the impact and consequences of unemployment on the life of the individual and his family. The thesis is devided into three parts, in the first part characterizes Decin region and unemployment ni Decin district, the second part evaluates the social and psychological impact and consequences of unemployment on the individual and its surroundings, it compares the results with the theoretical findings, the third part deals with status of these tools in Decin region. The aim ohf the thesis is to evaluate the unemployment in Decin region, to analyze its impact on the unemployed people and to propose measures to improve the position of this target group on the labor market.
