Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením neiontových oxyethylenovaných acylglycerolů s využitím dvourozměrné kapalinové chromatografie bez i s použitím fokusující modulace. V rámci teoretické části byla vypracována rešerše na téma tenzidů se zaměřením na jejich rozdělení a fyzikálně chemické vlastnosti, a následně i popis 2D systému. This thesis is about measurement of nonionic oxyethylenated acylglycerols using two-dimensional liquid chromatography without and with the use of focusing modulation. In the theoretical part are described types of surfactants and their physiochemical properties and then a description of the 2D system.
