Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce "Spotřební chování střední třídy" je popis spotřebního chování a sociální stratifikace spotřebitelů. Konkrétně se práce zabývá především střední třídou. Cílem práce je najít odlišnosti ve spotřebním chování střední třídy v porovnání s třídami ostatními. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na část věnovanou spotřebnímu chování, modelům výkladu spotřebního chováním a spotřebním predispozicím a na část věnovanou sociální stratifikaci, stratifikačním systémům a detailnímu popisu střední třídy. V této části je rovněž stručně popsána segmentace trhu. Praktická část je věnována nalezení odlišností střední třídy ve spotřebním chování na základě empirického výzkumu MML-TGI. Výzkum byl realizován v roce 2011 na vzorku 15 201 osob. Pro potřeby bakalářské práce byla data k dispozici jako sekundární data. Na základě empirických dat se potvrdila předpokládaná odlišnost střední třídy od ostatních tříd ve spotřebě. Střední třída se rozděluje na část vyšší a nižší, vyšší se blíží charakterem spotřeby k vyšší třídě a nižší střední se podobá nižším třídám.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is consumer behavior and social stratification. The thesis specifically focuses on the middle class. The aim is to find the differences in the consumer behavior of the middle class and to compare it with other classes. The theoretical part is divided into two parts . The first one is dedicated to consumer behavior, models of explication of this behavior and consumer dispositions. The second one addresses to social stratification, segmentation of the market. The practical part is about finding differences in the middle class in the consumer behavior based on an empirical research MML-TGI. The research was realized in 2011 with 15 201 people. For the purpose of this thesis the data were used as secondary data. According to this empirical data the anticipated difference in consuming between the middle class and the other ones was confirmed. The middle class can be divided into upper and lower, the upper one approaches the consuming character of high class and the lower one is more like the minor class.
