Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a výnosů vybraného nepodnikatelského subjektu Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje, příspěvkové organizace ve zvoleném období 2015-2017. Cílem práce je zhodnocení finančního hospodaření a vyhodnocení efektivity řízení nákladů a výnosů prostřednictvím základních nástrojů a vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy dané organizace. V teoretické části je řešena obecná analýza finančního hospodaření příspěvkových organizací. Praktická část je následně zaměřena na konkrétní příspěvkovou organizaci, její charakteristiku, právní postavení a účetní systém. Následně je prováděna analýza nákladů a výnosů organizace spolu s finanční analýzou prostřednictvím nástrojů a vybraných ukazatelů. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení celkové efektivity řízení nákladů a výnosů spolu s možnými návrhy doporučení ke zlepšení současného hospodaření organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of expenditures and revenues of the chosen non-business subject Emergency Medical Service of the Pilsen Region, a publicly co-funded organization in the chosen time period of years 2015-2017. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial management and the effectiveness of expenditures and revenues management using the basic tools and selected financial analysis indicators in this institution. The theoretical part deals with the general analysis of the financial management of publicly co-funded organizations. The practical part is focused on the specific publicly co-funded organization, its character, legal status and its accounting system. Afterwards, there is carried out the organization's cost-benefit analysis using purpose and structure breakdown with the financial analysis using tools and selected indicators. The thesis conclusion is focused on the effectiveness of expenditures and revenues management along with possible suggestions to improve the current organization's management.
