Abstract:

Digitální transformace a neustále se měnící obchodní prostředí generují nový typ inovačních projektů, které vyžadují revizi obvyklých přístupů k projektovému řízení. Cílem této práce je nalézt vhodné, prakticky použitelné postupy a nástroje, které by umožnily efektivnější projektové řízení v kontextu digitální transformace. První část práce se věnuje pochopení fenoménu digitální transformace, podstaty projektů s ní spojených a tomu, jak různé přístupy k projektovému řízení řeší specifické výzvy takových projektů. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na hledání efektivního přístupu k projektovému řízení pro konkrétní společnost působící v oblasti umělé inteligence a strojového učení.

Abstract:

Digital transformation and constantly changing business environment are generating a new type of innovation projects that require a revision of the usual approaches to project management. The goal of this thesis is to find appropriate practically applicable methods and tools that would enable effective project management in the context of digital transformation. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to understanding of the digital transformation context, the type of the projects associated with it and the ways of how different approaches to project management solve specific challenges of such projects. The second part of the thesis focuses on finding an effective approach to project management for a specific company operating in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
