Cílem diplomové práce je na základě vlastního šetření určit význam řízení lidských zdrojů v případě early-stage startupů a to s důrazem na technologické odvětví. Abstract:
The objective of this diploma thesis is to determine the importance of HR in the case of early-stage startups. That will be achieved through own research and analysis of chosen startup companies. The discoveries will provide useful recommendations on how to approach HR at early-stage startups and will be also applicable in small and medium-sized organizations at a given stage of development.
