Cílem této bakalářské práce je postup činností k založení podniku.Podnikem se rozumí právní celek vytvořený předepsaným způsobem z lidí,hmotného a finančního majetku proto, aby produkoval a prodával statky a služby a svým jednáním zhodnocoval kapitál dosahováním zisku.
