Modern trends in personnel management

Abstract:

Personální management je oblast v podniku, která se stává stále důležitější. Udržení zaměstnanců se pro mnoho podniků stává klíčovou záležitostí, jak se stát jedním z nejlepších ve svém oboru. Vznikají stále nové možnosti, které pomáhají podnikům přistupovat k lidem a zpříjemňovat jim práci, vést je k cíli a nepřipravovat je o zdraví a mimopracovní život. Moderní trendy v této oblasti by měly sloužit k těmto účelům.

Abstract:

Personnel management is the part of the company that is becoming increasingly important. For many companies retaining own employees becomes a key factor how to succeed in their business. New ways keep arising that helps the companies to approach their employees and to give them a more pleasant work, to lead them to achieve their goals and not to take away their health and out-of-working life. Modern trends in this field should serve on this purpose.
