Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá súčasnými trendmi v gastronómii a ich využitím v praxi. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť definuje pojem "gastronómia", približuje jej historický vývoj a naznačuje jej budúce smerovanie.
