Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá charakteristikou máty, jejími vlastnostmi a chemickým složením. The thesis in the theoretical part deals with the characteristics of mint, its properties and chemical composition. It also deals with the description of antioxidants, their effects and description of analytical methods used for determination of antioxidant activity, polyphenols and vitamin C.
