Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit životní styl generace mileniálů z pohledu zdraví. Jak se tato generace staví k zdravému životnímu stylu, zejména ke stravování a využití volného času ke sportování či jiným pohybovým aktivitám. The aim of this bachelor work is to find out the lifestyle of the generation of millennials from the point of view of health. How does this generation approach a healthy lifestyle, especially eating and using free time for sports or other physical activities.
