Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem odměňovacího systému ve firmě XY. V teoretické části práce jsou použity odborné zdroje k vysvětlení základní problematiky odměňovacího systému. V praktické části analyzuji systém odměňování pracovníků ve firmě XY. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve firmě XY.

In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the topic of the remuneration system in the company XY. In the theoretical part of the thesis, professional sources are used to describe the basic issues of the remuneration system.
