Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma „Účetní závěrka ve vybraném podniku“ je uvést čtenáře do problematiky účetní závěrky ve společnosti ABC. Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat činnosti, které souvisejí s účetní závěrkou a porovnat výsledky hospodaření v letech 2013 – 2015. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán význam účetnictví, povinnosti vedení účetnictví, právní úprava účetnictví, pojem účetní závěrka a účetní knihy, inventarizace – inventarizační rozdíly, finanční výkazy, které s účetní závěrkou souvisejí, pojem výroční zpráva, schválení účetní závěrky, audit účetní závěrky a zveřejnění účetní závěrky. V aplikační části je porovnávána účetní závěrka v roce 2013, 2014 a 2015. V diskuzi výsledků jsou zodpovězeny čtyři výzkumné otázky, které byly stanoveny pro bakalářskou práci. Návrhy opatření zahrnují kroky, které jsou společnosti ABC doporučovány do budoucnosti (např. vývoz výrobků do východní Evropy a Asie, účast na výstavách a veletrzích, platná certifikace na výrobu vlastních výrobků dle mezinárodních standardů). Příloha bakalářské práce se skládá z rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty v období 2013 – 2015. Tabulky a obrázky jsou nedílnou součástí aplikační části práce.

Abstract:

The theme of this Bachelor thesis “Annual accounts in a selected company” is to inform the reader about issues with annual accounts in the ABC company. The purpose is to characterise activities which are linked with annual accounts and to compare economic results in the years 2013 – 2015. The meaning of accounting, obligation to bookkeeping, accounting legal provisions, concept of annual accounts and an accounting book, stocktaking – inventory differences, financial statements which are linked with annual accounts, the concept of an annual report, annual accounts’ authorisation, annual accounts’ audit and publishing annual accounts are all described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Annual accounts for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 are being compared in the application part of the thesis. Four research questions, given for this Bachelor thesis, are answered in the result discussion part. Proposals for measures include steps that the ABC company should take in the future (e.g. product export to Eastern Europe and Asia, participation at exhibitions and trade fairs, valid certification for production of its own products according to international standards). Balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the years 2013 – 2015 are part of the Bachelor thesis supplement. Tables and graphs are part of the application part of this Bachelor thesis.
