Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl podrobně zanalyzovat současnou situaci regulačních a dohledových doporučení nazývající se Basel III. Úvodní část se věnuje vymezení bankovních rizik, kterým je banka vystavena. Druhá část popisuje vývoj Basilejských dohod a jejich nedostatky. Ve třetí klíčové kapitole se práce věnuje současnému stavu regulatorních pravidel Basel III, popisuje jednotlivé metodologie k výpočtům minimálních kapitálových požadavků k jednotlivým rizikům a definuje nově zavedené ukazatele a pravidla, které banky jsou nuceny implementovat. Závěrečná část se věnuje analýze současného stavu a pohledu do budoucna pomocí SWOT analýzy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to analyze in detail the current situation of regulatory and supervisory recommendations called Basel III. The introductory part deals with the definition of banking risks to which the bank is exposed. The second part describes the development of the Basel Accords and their shortcomings. In the third key chapter, the thesis deals with the current state of Basel III regulatory rules, describes the various methodologies for calculating the minimum capital requirements for individual risks and defines the newly introduced indicators and rules that banks are forced to implement. The final part is devoted to the analysis of the current state and perspective into the future using SWOT analysis.
