Abstract:
Regulační plán je součást územně plánovací dokumentace, kterou kromě něj tvoří ještě zásady územního rozvoje a územní plán. V bakalářské práci se věnuji objasnění problematiky pořizování regulačního plánu a ujasnění jeho vztahu k ostatním nástrojům územního plánování.
Abstract:
Regulatory plan is part of the territorial planning documents, except that it still constitutes the principle of territorial development and land use plan. The work is devoted to clarifying the issue of acquisition of the regulatory plan and clarify its relationship to other land use planning instruments.
