Práce se zabývá metodami portfolio analýzy pomocí matic BCG a GE a jejich aplikacemi na portfolio firmy Neofyt s.r.o. V práci provádím marketingovou situační analýzu firmy a oboru, ve kterém podniká, pomocí vybraných prvků marketingového mixu, analýzou Porterových sil a analýzou cílového trhu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the methods of portfolio analysis using the BCG and GE matrices and their application to the portfolio of company Neofyt Ltd. In the thesis I perform marketing situational analysis of the company and industry field in which it operates, using selected elements of the marketing mix analysis, Porter's forces and analysis of the target market.
