Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit a zhodnotit úroveň znalostí bezpečného zacházení s potravinami u spotřebitelů České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část, část teoretická se zabývá charakteristikou nejčastěji hlášených zoonóz v roce 2021 v EU. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to find out and evaluate the level of knowledge of safe food handling among consumers of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The first part, the theoretical part, deals with the characteristics of the most frequently reported zoonoses in 2021 in the EU.
