Changes in the corporate culture of Generi Biotech s.r.o. and their description

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem změny ve firemní kultuře v organizaci Generi Biotech s.r.o., která prošla vývojem z malého podniku na středně velký podnik. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat změnu firemní kultury, identifikovat hlavní rizika spojená s růstem společnosti a navrhnout opatření k chybám, ke kterým při změně došlo a preventivní řešení. V úvodní části jsou představeny cíle práce, zahrnující popis změny ve firemní kultuře v souvislosti se zvětšením organizace, vyhodnocení rizik této změny a navržení doporučení a opatření. Metodologie práce zahrnuje primární výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a sekundární výzkum pomocí expertních rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku firemní kultury, vysvětlení její role a vlivu na organizaci. Následuje deskripce původní firemní kultury Generi Biotech s.r.o., která byla typická pro malý podnik. Analýza získaných dat prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a expertních rozhovorů poskytne podrobný pohled na změnu a chyby, které byly učiněny při změně firemní kultury. Jaký vliv měla změna na zaměstnance, týmovou spolupráci, komunikaci a další klíčové aspekty organizace. V praktické části práce budou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a analýzy expertních rozhovorů. Na základě těchto výsledků budou identifikovány chyby a jejich hlavní rizika, která byla zjištěna v souvislosti se změnou ve firemní kultuře. Dále budou navrhnuta konkrétní opatření a doporučení pro zjištěné chyby. Závěrem práce budou shrnuta opatření a doporučení pro Generi Biotech s.r.o. v oblasti změny ve firemní kultuře. Vliv této změny na organizaci bude zhodnocen a získané poznatky budou mít potenciál přispět k úspěšnému zvládnutí tohoto procesu a vytvoření zdravé firemní kultury ve středně velkém podniku. Zároveň budou podkladem pro neopakování chyb při dalším rozvoji společnosti Generi Biotech. s.r.o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the change in corporate culture in Generi Biotech s.r.o., which has evolved from a small enterprise to a medium-sized enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the change in corporate culture, identify the main risks associated with the company's growth and propose measures to the mistakes that occurred during the change and preventive solutions. In the introductory section, the objectives of the thesis are presented, including a description of the change in corporate culture in relation to the increase in size of the organization, an evaluation of the risks of this change and the proposal of recommendations and measures. The methodology of the thesis includes primary research through a questionnaire survey and secondary research through expert interviews with managers. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of corporate culture, explaining its role and influence on the organization. This is followed by a description of the original corporate culture of Generi Biotech s.r.o., which was typical for a small enterprise. The analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire survey and expert interviews will provide a detailed view of the change and the mistakes that were made in changing the corporate culture. What effect did the change have on employees, teamwork, communication and other key aspects of the organization. The practical part of the thesis will present the results of the questionnaire survey and analysis of the expert interviews. Based on these results, the mistakes and their main risks that have been identified in relation to the change in corporate culture will be identified. Furthermore, specific measures and recommendations for the identified errors will be proposed. Finally, the paper will conclude with a summary of measures and recommendations for Generi Biotech Ltd. in the area of change in corporate culture. The impact of this change on the organization will be evaluated and the knowledge gained will have the potential to contribute to the successful management of this process and the creation of a healthy corporate culture in a medium-sized company. At the same time, they will be the basis for not repeating mistakes in the further development of Generi Biotech. s.r.o.
