Human resources - Risk factor of the Police of the Czech republic
Abstract:
Obsahem tématu je popis a analýza rizik spojených s managementem lidských zdrojů u Policie České republiky. Konkrétním cílem zkoumání je personální, motivační a vzdělávací systém policistů. Práce je založena především na průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů s pracovníky Policie ČR.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the description and analysis of risks connected with human resources management at the Police of the Czech Republic. The main aim is to analyse a personal, motivational and educational system of policemen. The thesis is predominantly based on the research that was conducted on the basis of structured interviews with police officers.
