Abstract:
Metoda superkritické fluidní extrakce se uplatňuje při extrakci celé řady polutantů. Její hlavní výhodou je, že namísto organických rozpouštědel využívá netoxický a levný oxid uhličitý za superkritických podmínek. Rozpustnost analytu v superkritické fázi lze snadno upravovat volbou tlaku a teploty. Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) could be used for a wide range of pollutants. As the extraction solvent is often used environmentally friendly and cheap carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions.
