Abstract:
Prezentovaná bakalářská práce si klade za cíl představit řemeslnické cechy působící v Kroměříži v druhé polovině 18. století. K tomuto účelu je využito cechu pekařského a stolařského. Největší prostor je v práci vyčleněn pro cech pekařský. Zejména na pekařích, kteří se mistry stali na konci 18. století, a na jejich rodinách jsou řešeny otázky původu a majetkového zázemí členů pekařského cechu. Pasáž …more
Abstract:
Presented bachelor's thesis aim is to describe craft guilds in Kroměříž in the second half of 18th century. For this purpose it exploits the guilds of bakers and carpenters. Largest part of this work is dedicated to baker's guild. With the help of bakers that became the craftmasters in the late 18th century and their families, it tries to solve the issues of descent and property of the baker's guild …more
