Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá povinnostmi podnikatele jako původce odpadu. Po krátkém seznámení se základními pojmy je vymezeno postavení, ve kterém může podnikatel při nakládání s odpady vystupovat. Následuje rozbor povinností podnikatele jakožto původce odpadu včetně prevence vzniku odpadu. Jednotlivé podkapitoly odpovídají časové posloupnosti úkonů původce. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal duties of the entrepreneur as waste producer. After a short introduction to the basic concepts is defined position in which entrepreneur can act in the waste management. It is followed by analysis of the legal duties of entrepreneur as waste producer including prevention of waste.
