Metabolity sinic mají různé biologické účinky. Jedním z nich je estrogenní aktivita, která je pravděpodobně spojena s produkcí fytoestrogenů. Ty mohou mít různou chemickou strukturu a dělí se na flavonoidy, stilbeny, lignany a fytosteroly. Abstract:
Cyanobacterial metabolites show various biological effects. One of them is estrogenic activity which is probably associated with the production of phytoestrogens. These substances have different chemical structure. Main groups are flavonoids, stilbenes, lignans and phytosterols.
