Tato práce se zabývá primární emisí akcií neboli tzv. IPO. V úvodní části se zaměřuje na IPO z obecného hlediska a přibližuje i jiné důležité pojmy s IPO či pojmy obecně spojené s finančními trhy. This bachelor thesis deals with the first issuance of stock or as it is more commonly known, IPO. In the first part it focuses on IPO from a general perspective and it explains other terms associated with IPO and with financial markets.
