The diploma thesis deals with the dual tasking in people with Parkinson's disease. Dual tasking is impaired due to the disease and is associated with an increased risk of falls. Dual task gait training is one of the ways that can have a positive effect. Diplomová práca sa venuje súčasnému vykonávaniu dvoch úloh u osôb s Parkinsonovou chorobou. Súčasne vykonávanie dvoch úloh je kvôli ochoreniu narušené a súvisí so zvýšeným rizikom pádov. Tréning súčasného vykonávania dvoch úloh pri chôdzi (dual task gait training) je jedným zo spôsobov, ktorý to môže pozitívne ovplyvniť.
