Skiagraphic projections in radiodiagnostic imaging of the lower extremity

Abstract:

Práce podává přehled skiagrafických projekcí dolní končetiny. U jednotlivých projekcí jsou popsány technické údaje, indikace pro její výkon a požadavky na přípravu pacienta i pracoviště. Praktická část se zaměřuje na srovnání informací z dostupné literatury s údaji používanými v praxi. Součástí práce je popis anatomické stavby dolní končetiny, stručný přehled historického vývoje rentgenové techniky a kapitola týkající se problematiky ochrany pacientů i personálu při rentgenování.

Abstract:

This work gives an overview os skiagraphic projections of lower limb. For each projection describes the technical data, the indications for its performance and requirements for the preparation of the patient and the workplace. The practical part focuses on the comparison of information from the litereture with those used in practice. Part of this work is the description of anatomical sctuctures suchg as the lower limbs, a brief overview of the historical development of X-ray techniques and a chapter on the issue of protecting patients and staff when using X-rays.
