Nedestruktivní testování vodivých materiálů s využitím vířivých proudů

Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá technologií nedestruktivního testování pomocí vířivých proudů buzených pulzním magnetickým polem. V úvodu se zaměřuje na současný stav problematiky nedestruktivní defektoskopie, využívané technologie a~principy využití vířivých proudů. V další kapitole je pak nastíněno rozložení a princip měřicího zařízení a vysvětlena korelace dvou signálů a její význam pro vyhodnocení naměřených dat. V práci je dále definován matematický model defektoskopické sondy, který je následně řešen. Je zde představena pulzně buzená sonda vířivých proudů, která byla v rámci této práce navržena na základě řešeného numerického modelu a také je popsáno její základní uspořádání. Dále je na tomto zařízení experimentálně ověřena použitelnost korelace v rámci analýzy výstupního signálu. V práci je také provedena řada experimentů na několika sadách uměle vytvořených vad o různých rozměrech a relativní pozici vůči povrchu materiálu. Účelem těchto experimentů bylo určit vliv velikosti a pozice hledané vady na vlastnosti a tvar výstupního signálu. V závěru práce je pak popsáno použití automatického vyhodnocovacího algoritmu, využívajícího soubor naměřených dat z předchozích experimentů a jejich korelace s referenčními pulzy pro vyhodnocení geometrických rozměrů a pozice uměle vytvořených povrchových a podpovrchových vad. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny výsledky experimentů, přínos samotné práce a nástin možností dalšího směru výzkumu.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with the non-destructive testing technology using eddy currents pulsed by the pulse magnetic field. In the introduction it focuses on the current state of the non-destructive defectoscopy, the technology used and the principles of the use of eddy currents. The next chapter outlines the layout and principle of the measuring device and explains the correlation of two signals and its significance for evaluation of the measured data. In the thesis is further defined the mathematical model of the defectoscopic probe, which is subsequently solved. Here is presented a pulse-driven swirl current probe, which was designed in the framework of this work based on the solved numerical model and its basic layout is also described. Furthermore, the applicability of the correlation in the analysis of the output signal is experimentally verified on this device. There is also a series of experiments on several sets of artificially created defects of different dimensions and relative position relative to the material surface. The purpose of these experiments was to determine the effect of the size and position of the defect sought on the properties and shape of the output signal. At the end of the thesis is described the use of automatic evaluation algorithm using a set of measured data from previous experiments and their correlation with reference pulses for evaluation of geometric dimensions and position of artificially created surface and subsurface defects. In conclusion, the results of the experiments, the contribution of the work itself and the outline of the possibilities of the next direction of research are evaluated.
