Botanical Study of NPR Kohoutov

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce byla charakteristika NPR Kohoutov, pořízení druhového soupisu v dané lokalitě a tvorba a příprava didaktických materiálů, které se dají využít ve škole. Celkově v NPR Kohoutov bylo zaznamenáno 181 druhů cévnatých rostlin. Běžné rostlinné druhy v rezervaci byly například:buk lesní (Fagus sylvatica), kyčelnice cibulkonosná (Dentaria bulbifera), sasanka hajní (Anemone nemorosa), kopřiva dvoudomá (Urtica dioica) nebo svízel vonný (Galium odoratum). Nově byly v rezervaci zaznamenány tyto druhy: kokoška pastuší tobolka (Capsella bursa-pastoris),osívka jarní (Erophila verna), modřín opadavý (Larix decidua), tolice dětelová (Medicago lupulina), dobromysl obecná (Origanum vulgare), bez černý (Sambucus nigra), úrazník položený (Sagina procumbens) a rozrazil břečťanolistý (Veronica hederifolia). V dalším kroku vznikly didaktické materiály inspirované NPR Kohoutov a ochranou přírody a krajiny.

Abstract:

The thesis presents botanical species found in Kohoutov National Nature Reserve carried out in 2018-2019. In total, 181 species of vascular plants was found in Kohoutov National Nature Reserve. The most common species were: Fagus sylvatica, Dentaria bulbifera, Anemone nemorosa, Urtica dioica or Galium odoratum. Nine species of the vascular plants were found in Kohoutov National Nature Reserve for the first time. Namely: Capsella bursa-pastoris, Erophila verna, Larix decidua, Medicago lupulina, Origanum vulgare, Sambucus nigra, Sagina procumbens and the last one Veronica hederifolia. Different kinds of materials were created fot the learning use. Some of them were inspirated by the Kohoutov National Nature Reserve. Other materials were inspirated by the topic of protection of the nature. The materials are suitable for childern at the age 10-15. That means that in the Czech republic those materials are suitable for childern at the second stage of primary school. Some of the activities are prepared for the outdoor use and some of them are prepared fot the inside use and a teacher can use them for example at the lessons of: Math, Geography, the Czech language or Art Education.
