Abstract:

Vzdělávání představuje celoživotní proces, při kterém často vzniká problém, jak skloubit povinnosti pracovní či rodinné s potřebou studijní. Tato bakalářská práce je věnována současným možnostem výuky prostřednictvím e-learningu, jakožto způsobu vzdělávání v prostředí internetu a nabízí moderní způsob výuky bohatou, poutavou a interaktivní formou. Teoretická část práce popisuje teoretická východiska dané problematiky a vymezuje hlavní teoretické koncepty a pojmy a význam a roli jakou plní e-learning v sektoru akademickém a korporátním. Nejdůležitější úlohu při realizaci e-learningového vzdělávání hrají bezesporu lidé, a to jak z hlediska týmu lidí, kteří kurzy vytváří a implementují, tak z hlediska studujících, u kterých se vyžaduje zejména pevná vůle a schopnost motivace sebe sama. Nakolik bude studium úspěšné, předurčuje zejména motivace, která je klíčovým předpokladem úspěchu, a to včetně motivačních prvků jako součásti instruktážního designu daného e-learningového kurzu. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První část ověřuje formou průzkumu e-learning v korporátní a akademické sféře s cílem zjistit jeho aktuální využívání a mapuje situaci týkající se spolupráce mezi oběma sférami. Druhá část přináší praktickou ukázku e-learningového kurzu s cílem ukázat zpracování studijních materiálů do podoby e-learningového kurzu, kterou lze následně s úspěchem použít jak v akademické, tak v korporátní sféře.

Abstract:

Learning by itself represents a lifelong process with typical problems that may occur, i.e. how to balance workload at work, daily family duties and study requirements. The Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the current e-learning offerings as a type of learning supported by the Internet providing a modern way of teaching which is rich, attractive and interactive. The theoretical part describes in detail theoretical basis and delineates the main theoretical concepts, terms and roles of e-learning in both the academic and corporate sectors. In the process of implementation of e-learning the most important part is undoubtedly played by people, i.e. from the viewpoint of people who create and implement the courses as well as from the viewpoint of students. The students are required to have strong will and ability to motivate themselves. The level of success is predetermined mainly by motivation which is a key precondition, including the motivational elements as part of instructional design of the particular e-learning course. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter verifies in the form of research the situation of e-learning both in corporate and academic spheres with the aim to find out its current level of usage. It also tries to map the development of the situation concerning the collaboration between both sectors. The second chapter then brings about a practical illustration of an e-learning course with the objective to demonstrate elaboration of a study material into the form of an e-learning course which can be consequently successfully used both in academic and corporate spheres.
