Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje problematiku rozpadajících se rodin. Cílem práce je zmapovat pomocí kompilace odborné literatury kompetence sociálních pracovníků při práci s rodinou, která je zatížená patologickým rozvodem. Na názorných příkladech se pokusím ukázat, jak se určité popsané kompetence využily v praxi při poskytování služby SAS. Předložená práce je teoretického charakteru. První kapitola je zaměřena na rodinu v rozvodu, jaké jsou fáze, důvody a obecné příčiny rozvodu. Zamyslím se nad tématem dětí, které se ocitly v rozvodovém řízení a dále nad možnostmi, jak se dají porozvodové spory řešit. V následující kapitole se zaměřím na metody práce při práci s rodinou v rozvodu, přiblížím služby a instituce, které může rodina v rozvodu využít. Důležité místo v kapitole bude mít oblast psychopatologie, a to jak z pohledu rodiny, kde se mohou tyto psychopatologické prvky objevit, tak z pohledů rodičů, na které může mít rozvod různé dopady. Poslední část se věnuje tématu kompetencí, a to nejen z pohledu vzniku soustavy, ale i vydefinování kompetencí dle Havrdové a britského modelu.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the issue of crumbling families. The aim of the work is to map the competences of social workers in working with a family that is burdened by pathological divorce by compiling professional literature. On illustrative examples, I will try to show how certain described competencies have been used in practice in providing SAS services. The presented work is of a theoretical nature. The first chapter focuses on the family in divorce, what are the stages, reasons and general causes of divorce. I will think about the topic of children who have found themselves in divorce proceedings and also about the possibilities of how to resolve post-divorce disputes. In the next chapter I will focus on the methods of working with the family in divorce, I will introduce the services and institutions that the family can use in the divorce. The area of psychopathology will have an important place in the chapter, both from the point of view of the family, where these psychopathological elements may appear, and from the point of view of parents, which may have different effects on divorce. The last part deals with the topic of competencies, not only in terms of the origin of the system, but also the definition of competencies according to Havrdová and the British model.
