Tématem této diplomové práce je kumulativní hlasování v obchodních společnostech. Tento institut byl do české právní úpravy začleněn s účinností zákona o obchodních korporacích a jedná se tedy o poměrně nový a neznámý institut. The topic of this Diploma thesis is cumulative voting in corporations. This institute was incorporated into the law of the Czech Republic with the effect of Business Corporation Act and that is why it is considered as a relatively new and unknown institute.
