Specific of social company in Czech Republic compared with England

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální integrací zdravotně nebo sociálně znevýhodněných osob a dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných. Práce rozebírá historii sociální ekonomiky a integračního sociálního podnikání. Práce se věnuje analýze sociálních podniků a podnikání v Anglii a v České republice. Na základě zjištěných faktů porovnává systém sociální ekonomiky v České republice a v Anglii. Součástí práce je detailnější popsání 2 sociálních podniků z České republiky a 2 z Anglie. Práce vyhodnocuje sociální podnikání jako velmi efektivní nástroj integrace znevýhodněných osob a také jako možnost úspory finančních nákladů z veřejných rozpočtů. Práce zjišťuje, že Sociální podnikání v Anglii je na velmi vysoké úrovni. Oproti tomu české sociální podnikání je teprve na začátku a od Anglie se může spíše učit než se s ní srovnávat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the social integration of disabled or disadvantaged people and long term unemployed. The work analyzes the history of social and economic integration social enterprise. The work is devoted to the analysis of social enterprises and enterprise in the UK and the Czech Republic. Based on the facts, the system compares the social economy in the Czech Republic and England. The thesis includes detail description of two social enterprises in the Czech Republic and two from England. The work evaluates social enterprise as a very effective tool for integrating disadvantaged people and also as a way to cost saving from public budget. The work investigates that the social enterprise in England is at a very high level. In contrast, the Czech Social enterprise is just beginning, and from England can learn rather than compare.
