Analysis of the system of quality management in the chosen company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Analýza systému řízení kvality ve vybrané společnosti“ je rozbor systému kvality ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém řízení kvality ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení jeho fungování. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu kvalita, historie kvality, důvody zájmu o kvalitu, principy a nástroje managementu kvality a moderní přístupy k řízení kvality. V aplikační části je popsán systém řízení kvality ve vybrané společnosti Rotadent, spol. s r. o., a je provedena jeho analýza na základě analýzy dokumentů týkajících se řízení kvality a pozorování fungování systému řízení kvality, na popis manuálu a řídících procedur sloužících k řádnému fungování společnosti. Tato část se také zaměřuje na hodnocení spokojenosti zákazníka. Jsou navrženy návrhy na zlepšení. V poslední části je shrnuta celá práce.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis "Analysis of the system of quality management in the chosen company" is the analysis and evaluation of the quality system in company Rotadent, spol. s r. o. The objective is to analyze the principal part of the system, evaluate their effectiveness and design measures that will approve its function. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the notion of quality, quality history, reasons for interest in quality principles and tools of quality management and modern approaches to quality. The application part describes quality management system (QMS) at the company selected and its analysis based on review of documents relating to QMS and observation of the QMS function with particular focus on effectiveness of key processes and their impact on the successful activities of the organization. The application part is also focused on the methods of the evaluation of customer satisfaction and measures are designed that should improve the system so that organization could profit from it. The last section represents the conclusion of the thesis.
