Abstract:

Úvod: Bakalářská práce nazvaná "Mapa ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta/klienta s akutní pankreatitidou" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část stručně popisuje anatomii a fyziologii slinivky břišní. Dále popisuje příčiny, průběh, diagnostiku, léčbu akutní pankreatitidy, včetně komplikací spojené s tímto závažným onemocněním, a především ošetřovatelskou péči dle Marjory Gordon s vyspecifikováním potřeb vztahujících se k pacientům s akutní pankreatitidou. Cíl práce: Analýza a identifikace bio-psycho-socio-spirituálních potřeb u pacientů s onemocněním akutní pankreatitidy. Metodika: Kvalitativní průzkumné šetření - case study u respondentů s diagnózou akutní pankreatitida. Analýza a identifikace specifických ošetřovatelských problémů a ošetřovatelských diagnóz s využitím NANDA TAXONOME II. Průzkumné šetření bylo realizováno na chirurgickém oddělení Nemocnice Děčín. V metodice jsou podrobně popsány tři kazuistiky pacientů s onemocněním akutní pankreatitidy. K zhodnocení rizik byly použity škály - Riziko pádu, Riziko dekubitů dle Nortonové, Hodnocení soběstačnosti (ADL) dle Barthelova testu a Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST). Výsledky: Mapa obsahuje stanovené ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle, intervence a hodnocení, které jsou následně rozděleny do čtyř nejdůležitějších dnů hospitalizace - den příjmu, den přijímání stravy nazojejunální sondou, den příjmu stravy perorálně a nejdůležitější oblasti edukace den při propuštění. Závěr: Zavedením mapy ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s akutní pankreatitidou do praxe se tak stává významným pomocníkem při poskytování kvalitnější ošetřovatelské péče, a tím eliminace nežádoucích dopadů v podobě ireverzibilních změn na jednotlivé orgánové systémy.

Abstract:

SUMMARY Introduction: The bachelor thesis is titled "Map of nursing care for patient/ client with acute pancreatitis" it is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas. It also describes the causes, course, diagnosis, treatment of acute pancreatitis, including complications associated with this serious disease, and especially nursing care according to Marjory Gordon with the specification of needs related to patients with acute pancreatitis. Aim of the thesis: Analysis and identification of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual needs in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methodology: Qualitative survey - case study in respondents diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. Analysis and identification of specific nursing problems and nursing diagnoses using NANDA TAXONOMY II. The survey was carried out at the surgical department of Děčín Hospital. The methodology describes in detail three cases of patients with acute pancreatitis. Scales were used to assess the risks - Fall Risk, Decubitus Risk according to Norton, Self-Sufficiency Rating (ADL) according to the Barthel test and Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST). Results: The map contains established nursing diagnoses, goals, interventions and evaluations, which are then divided into the four most important days of hospitalization - the day of admission, the day of feeding via nasojejunal tube, the day of oral food intake and the most important area of education, the day of discharge. Conclusion: The introduction of the map of nursing care for patients with acute pancreatitis into practice thus becomes an important helper in providing better nursing care, and thus eliminating adverse effects in the form of irreversible changes to individual organ systems.
