Stiffness analysis of the turntable and its adjustment for weight reduction
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tuhostní analýzou otáčivého stolu pomocí metody konečných prvků. V teoretické části je pojednáváno obecně o svařování, metodě konečných prvků, pevnosti a tuhosti. Experimentální část obsahuje analýzu stolu. Úpravy stolu a jejich analýzy metodou konečných prvků. Použité výpočetní programy MSC Apex Iberian Lynx a marc mentat 2020 Feature pack.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the stiffness analysis of a turntable using the finite element method. In the theoretical part, general welding, finite element method, strength and stiffness are discussed. The experimental part contains the analysis of the table. Modifications of the table and their analysis by finite element method. The computational programs used are MSC Apex Iberian Lynx and marc …more
