Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a vyhodnocováním dynamiky paralelních guaninových kvadruplexů v all-anti konformaci s posunutým sloupcem guaninů. Provedli jsme molekulově dynamické simulace kvadruplexů se sníženým počtem guaninových tetrád v explicitním solventu a přítomnosti iontů, které měly stabilizovat strukturu, případně vyvolat sbalení těchto struktur. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the properties and dynamics evaluation of guanine quadruplexes in the all-anti conformation with a shifted guanine column. We performed molecular dynamic simulations of quadruplexes with reduced number of guanine quartets in an explicit solvent and the presence of ions, which were supposed to stabilize the structure or induce refolding.
