Impact Of Ageing Population on Labor Markets
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vliv stárnutí populace na trh práce“ je rozbor faktorů, které působí na starší pracovníky na trhu práce. V první části jsou popsány složky trhu práce a další proměnné, jež ovlivňují postavení starších pracovníků. Druhá část je zaměřena na Národní akční plán České republiky podporující pozitivní stárnutí a další možnosti mírnící dopady stárnutí na trh práce.

The subject of the thesis “Impact Of Ageing Population on Labor Markets“ is an analysis of factors which affect older workers on labour market.
