Tato práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů a nástrojů motivace v organizaci Sdružené mateřské školy, p.o. Na úvod představujeme dosavadní poznatky z oblasti pracovní motivace, zaměřujeme se zejména na specifika veřejné správy a školství, se zvláštním zřetelem na využití možných nástrojů motivace v těchto typech organizací. The focus of this thesis is to analyze motivation factors and tools in the organization of Sdružené mateřské školy, p.o. Current knowledge in the field of work motivation is introduced in the beginning.
