Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby domu s pečovatelskou službou na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Projekt je zpracován dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb po novele z roku 2018. Práce pouze neobsahuje část D.1.2 Stavebně konstrukční řešení, které nebylo součástí zadání. V rámci práce je podrobně vypracována dokumentace pro budovu „A“ s návazností na navazující budovy. Navrhovaná novostavba domu s pečovatelskou službou se nachází na západním okraji obce Miličín. Jedná se o komplex tří dvoupodlažních budov, které jsou navzájem propojené v jeden objekt. Dům bude sloužit pro ubytování klientů v bytech s vlastním hygienickým a sociálním zázemím s možností stravování v jídelně. Většina bytů je uzpůsobena pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is processing project documentation of new building for care service on the level of documentation for implementation of construction. The project is made according to the decree 499/2006 Sb. about documentation of construction after amendment from the year 2018. Only part D.1.2. Construction design solution is not included, because it was not part of the assignment. In this thesis is detailed processed documentation for building „A“ with continuity to other buildings. This new building for care service is located on the west side of village Miličín. It is complex of three two-storey buildings, which are connected together in one object. The main purpose of this building is housing and care of clients in flats with their own hygienic and social facilities and they can also utilize local eatery. Most of the flats are customized for the persons with reduce ability of movement and orientation.
