Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis a implementaci statistických metod vhodných pro GWA studie. Cílem bylo vytvořit program, který poskytne prostředí pro testování a porovnání účinnosti těchto metod.
Abstract:
Thesis describe basic statistical methods, commonly used in GWA studies. Object of interest was to create application framework, that allows impelemplement and test this methods.
