Pracovní stres a syndrom vyhoření
Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření a častější výskyt v dnešní době. Ukazuje vývoj nemoci, až do fáze vyhoření a mnohé z příčin jsou v nerespektování vlastních potřeb. Zaměřuje se na prevenci vzniku stresových situací.Abstract:
This graduate discusses the problematic of the burn-out syndrome and its more frequent occurrence in current time. Firstly It shows how the illness develops to the point of burn-out. Secondly, it looks at causes which lies in non-respecting one's needs. Finally, it focuses on prevention of stress situations.
