Bakalářská práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými aspekty pohledávek, především zajištěním pohledávek a řízením pohledávek po splatnosti. V případě pohledávek po splatnosti se zaměřuje na opravné položky a odpis pohledávek s různým dopadem na účetní výsledek hospodaření a na daňový základ. The thesis deals with the accounting and tax specifics of receivables, in particular by securing receivables and the management of overdue receivables. In the case of overdue receivables is the thesis focused on allowances and depreciation with different impact on accounting profit and tax base.
