Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopravními prostředky a jejich užití při podnikání v oblasti gastronomie, rozebírá jejich využívání, dělení, věnuje se jejich historii. V práci jsou popsány obaly, jejich úloha při přepravě potravin, důvody jejich využití.
