Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky voleb, jejich funkcí. Postihuje i právní rámec komunálních voleb. Dále se pokouší přiblížit specifika hlavního města Prahy jako právního subjektu a rozkrýt jeho strukturu. V neposlední řadě se zabývá komunálními volbami v Praze mezi roky 1990 až 2006. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the theoretical bases of elections and thein functions. It affects the legal framework for municipal elections. Further attemps to bring the specifics of Prague as a legal entity and reveal its structure. Finally, it deals with municipal elections in Prague between 1990 and 2006.
