Bakalářská práce se zabývá vžitou zkušeností všeobecných sester se syndromem vyhoření během pandemie COVID-19. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. The Bachelor thesis deals with the lived experience of general nurses with burnout syndrome during the COVID-19 pandemic. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes burnout syndrome, COVID-19 disease and experiences of nurses with burnout syndrome during the pandemic abroad.
