The bachelor thesis focuses on Odessa in the 1920s and its images in works of Yury Yanovsky and Konstantin Paustovsky. The main aim of the work is to analyse images of city in works of mentioned writers, compare them, and linguistic instruments that are used to create images. Bakalářská diplomová práce se věnuje městu Oděse ve dvacátých letech 20. století a jejímu obrazu ve tvorbě Jurije Janovskeho a Konstantina Paustovaskeho. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza obrazu města v dílech zmíněných spisovatelů a porovnání uměleckých prostředků, které využívají k vytvoření těchto obrazů.
