Abstract:
Odpověď na léčbu inhalačními kortikosteroidy je u pacientů s chronickou obstrukční plicní chorobou a pacientů s astmatem variabilní. Obdobně je tomu u léčiv jako jsou inhibitory protonové pumpy, které jsou indikovány u pacientů s refluxní chorobou jícnu. The response to inhaled corticosteroid therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma is variable. Similarly, there is the variability of treatment response to proton pump inhibitors, which are indicated for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
