Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vybraných podnikových procesů podniku X z oblasti biopaliv a následný návrh řešení v podobě nasazení vhodného nového informačního systému. Návrh a výběr nového informačního systému vychází z analýzy současného stavu podniku X a analýzy stávajících podnikových procesů nákupu a prodeje včetně potřebných finančních služeb podniku. Současný průběh procesů a nové navržené změny jsou popsány jak písemně, tak graficky pomocí standardu BPMN. Nový informační systém má zaměstnancům podniku pomoci k efektivnějšímu a přehlednějšímu zpracovávání a předávání informací napříč podnikovými procesy. Informační systém umožní snadnější vykonávání jednotlivých činností, což povede jak k časovým úsporám, které umožní podniku snížit počet zaměstnanců, tak i ke snížení provozních nákladů v zapojených střediscích.Přínosy implementace nového informačního systému a provedení navržených změn jsou v závěru práce hodnoceny podle ekonomických a neekonomických ukazatelů. Pro potřebu výpočtu ekonomických ukazatelů byly použity metody TCO, NPV, diskontní doba návratnosti a také kalkulace nákladů na střediska. Mezi neekonomické přínosy byl vybrán hlavně čas a jeho vzniklé úspory v analyzovaných činnostech. Na základě toho bylo možné navrhnout změnu v počtu zaměstnanců zapojených do zmapovaných procesů podniku X.

Abstract:

The aim of this Master´s thesis is an analysis of internal business processes of enterprise X in field of biofuels and subsequent suggestions for improvement in implementation of an appropriate new information system. The suggestion and choice of the new information system is based on the analysis of the enterprise X current state and the analysis of the current business processes for purchases and sales including necessary financial services of the enterprise. The current state of processes is described in writing and uses the BPMN standard. The purpose of the new information system is to help employees to raise efficiency and improve processing and transferring information among the company procedures. The information system will simplify the execution of the procedures which will lead to time savings and allow the enterprise to reduce the number of employees and lower the operational costs in involved departments.The benefits of implementing a new information system and application of suggested improvements are evaluated in the conclusion using the economical and noneconomic indicators. In order to calculate the economic indicators, the departments costs were included and following methods were used: TCO, NPV and discounted payback time. For the noneconomic benefits mainly time and time savings in the analysed activities were used. Based on these results it was possible to suggest changes in amount of personnel involved in the analysed processes of enterprise X.
