Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na funkcionářské elity Okresních národních výborů Chrudim, Náchod, Rychnov nad Kněžnou a Svitavy v letech 1960 až 1971. Analyzuje personální pohyby ve skupině poslanců a vyšších funkcionářů ONV těchto okresů a sleduje personální obsazení jednotlivých funkcí, které vzešlo z voleb v roce 1960 a 1964, jakož i jeho následné výměny během celého volebního období. Zároveň se snaží zachytit důvody těchto personálních výměn. V této studii se rovněž odrážejí politické a společenské poměry zkoumaných východočeských okresů ve sledovaném období. Výzkum je završen konsolidací poměrů, nástupem normalizace před volbami do místních úřadů státní správy v prosinci 1971. V práci je také zachycena vnitřní struktura, její fungování a vztahy uvnitř orgánů ONV.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the functionary elites of the District National Committee in Chrudim, Náchod, Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Svitavy in the years 1964 – 1971. The work analyses the inner personal movements in the group of deputies and higher functionaries of the District National Committee of both districts. The work pursues in the quoted period concrete specified occupation of single functions, that resulted from the election in 1964 and their following exchange during all the election period. This study also reflects political and social situation in both East Bohemian district in this followed period. This research is finished with the consolidation of relations, the coming of normalization and the election to local offices of the State administration in December 1971. In the work there is also taken down the inner structure, its functioning and relations inside the organs of the District National Committee.
