Abstract:

Šulc, M. Návrh marketingové strategie pro uvedení těstovin s hmyzím proteinem na trh. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje převážně na specifika marketingových strategií produktů s obsahem hmyzího proteinu. První část práce se zabývá rešerší literatury a studií, které souvisejí se zkoumanou problematikou. V druhé části je pak proveden průzkum českého trhu a následně je navrhnuta marketingová strategie včetně kvantifikace nákladů pro vstup nového produktu, obsahujícího hmyzí protein, na trh.

Šulc, M. Developing a marketing strategy of launching a pasta with insect protein. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. This bachelor's thesis focuses mainly on the specifics of marketing strategies for products containing insect protein. The first part of the thesis deals with literature related to the investigated issue. In the second part, a survey of the Czech market is carried out and then a marketing strategy is proposed, including the quantification of costs, for the entry of a new product containing insect protein into the market.
